Dear Mr. Sebastian Ramos
My name is Maria Camila Cuadros, I was lodged at your Hotel, in a beach holiday, but lately and in various occasions have found that my daily newspaper is missing, I suspect that someone may be stealing it.
It would be my wish for you to conduct an investigation on the matter, so we can get to the bottom of this issue, because, the paper is being charged to my bill, but I don’t get it personally.
I’m waiting a response from you or your staff to my problem.
