I'm presenting my inconformity about your line of Customer Service. I has been calling in many opportunities for reporting lost baggage and I have not idea why nobody knows to answer that. I has been calling to Baggage Service center, Assistance Support Client and Passenger Refunds without any results.

The last November 10 I was in the flight number 007, Atlanta to Orlando, but my baggage don't arrived with others, so immediately reported the case with Baggage Service center, provided date, location, detailed description and a flight number, they took a note but, until now, I don't know nothing about it.

I want to be clear and let through this letter that Delta Air Lines is responsible for the damages to me. I can believe that and you should respond immediately and give me to answer and pay for all time lost.

WHO KILL THE WOMEN AT 100 STREET.

I’m Maria Camila Cuadros, I’m a layer and I have to solve this case or this crime. This crime begins when I was practiced my favorite sport at 9:00 pm, suddenly mi cell phone rings and my boos tell me that I have to go to the 100 street, because 2 hours ago one men commit a crime, and I be obliged to go there and to call my assistants but they were dancing in a club, but it doesn’t matter because the work and this kind of work is the principal responsibility. After two hours we were arrived to the crime place, and what I see was incredible.

Valentina Gutierrez was an engineer and was the mother of two beautiful kids. The crime begins in these steps: First she was walking after she go out to her job and when she wants to take a taxi someone want to steal her and the witness says that this person was a men. Second she try to be not steal and she put in proof the thieving and the only thing that she got is her murder, because the thieving don’t have a limit to kill someone minus if it was a women. When we arrive to the scene of the crime what I see was horrible because the girl was on the floor without her head and with a lot of bales this body and this is an inexplicable act.

We have to resolve the problem to investigate and to identify the men, after that we have to make a judgement and the Jude decide what’s happen with the live of the criminal and to do a sentence, in the judgment all the witness have testify to the judge all the things that they see, all the evidences, information detail that we carry are a good proof to the judge decide a good decision for all.
Finally after all this horrible history the judge were made a sentence, it said that the criminal have to go to the jail for a lot of years, and this is the way that the arrest pay for his crime, but the valentina’s family wants more, wants that the Jude pronounce to SANTIAGO ROJAS to the death penalty, but this is a impossible decision because the political constitution of Colombia declare the death penalty unconstitutional, because this contravene the essential laws.

Four years ago I was witness of a terrify story.

My uncles decided live together because they love each other so much. Seven years ago my aunt, Lorena got to pregnant of twice and everybody in the family were too excited. At the beginning all was perfect but the life for my uncles was going difficult and we had so many problems. All the time they fight because they didn’t understand each other and their daughters was a problem when they wanted to go out. Luisa is one of their daughters but she was born sick. With the past of the months Luisita was looking worse and she was suffered convulsions. Javier, my uncle didn’t want to keep living with Lorena, and she felt so sad because all around her was going bad and she dreamed with having a normal life.

One day Lorena decided to take pills, she was thinking that can might be the best way in order not to suffer anymore. At the next day she felt bad, when she was walking she felt dizzy. Lore was taken to the hospital for her mother and everything was OK. The doctor said that she could come back to the house and all the family was happy for that. While her sister was doing steps so that my aunt could get out to the hospital, she suffered a respiratory unemployment and anyone could do anything. My little cousins was 3 years and they lost their mother, but today both are so happy and they live with me and my grandmother.

This is a terrifying history that I have to live.

The history begins when I was on my best friend house since 4 years ago.
We arrive at time to her house at 5 pm, we have to do a lot of homework and expositions that the reason why I went to her house. We were studying on her computer, we are alone all the time, we do the things that we always do.At 6:00 we were sang a song with maximum of volume, when the recorder in the a unexpected moment it turn it off and we jump in the more funny way, I’m really scared, because I hate this kind of things but my friend that knows that there are a strange thing, after a few of minutes she goes to the living room to see what happened. And she don’t find anything, later we were watched TV, and the same thing can happen, I really don’t know what happen in this apartment but since that day I never come back to her house, and nowadays she told me that the fright continues.

I have read you letter and I understand your desire to become an important model, but being a model can be a excited job and at the same time can be a harmful job. I would like to say you there are not problem but you know that the fashion world is so demanding. If I say you that the best way is to do whatever thing in order to get your dream can be dangerous for your health. However it is so important you do many appropriate exercises for your body in special for your legs, arms and abdomen so that you don’t look with cellulites in this parts I recommend to try to take care of you eat in order not to put on weight but this don’t mean you leave to eat. Maybe with those advices you don’t get the perfect body as soon as possible because the most important I want to advice you is that not think all the time in your physical beauty and spend your time with your family and friends and enjoy your life!!! I think to be as everybody wants to say you it is not necessary.

THE MOST TERROFYFING HISTORY BY ANDRES MARTIN

Once upon a time I was walking in a small Villages but it was dark in Matamoros México when I listened to a big sound I felt a strange sensation , when I watch how one person looked at me in the middle of the trees.

I started running very fast to the trees and when I arrived to the site the person wasn’t there and I looked every were and then I saw a dead cow I was very scared but I need know what happened and I started to search but I didn’t find nothing I fell very disappointed but when I went to my house I saw a big monster like a raptor but it was walking in two feet it had a big mouth and a short hands , when he saw me he started to run very fast, it was running to the mountains and I didn’t see more of the creature.

When I was in the airport I saw a picture of the monster and the monster name it was the chupacabras and he lives in middle of the Matamoros village, I will never forget his face and I will never forget the experience.

It is about a girl that was discovered, his name is genie, and she had been in a room alone during ten years; this is a real story.

Laura was kidnap for a bad man, for this reason she suffer many thinks for example:
Laura understood a few words, for example the only words that she could say were “stopid” and “nomore” because she hadn’t spoke with other person. She weighed 59 pounds and was 54 inches tall. When laura was rescued and placed in children’s hospital in California. Various scientists had questions about the health such as “would it be possible for genie to recover completely?”.
After that laura was in a hospital, she lived in a foster home. At the beginning she learned new vocabulary but she had many problems with few words. However, some scientists said that learning you could to put the words in logical order.

Finally the criminal was arrested in the Leja Street for police outside the home and the punishment decided on by the judge was death penalty.

I write you to tell you the terrible story that happens to me, this story was very bad and something like that had never happened to me.

My boyfriend asks out me, and I am very happy, because we were dancing to beautiful place, for this reason I decided to buy a new dress and other purse. I was watching TV when he arrived then he say me:

- But… what are you going to do last weekend?
- Mm? I was with my friends…
- And … what happened?

- And Jorge told me about his girlfriend because she decided to grow apart; why?

Because I was think about this relationship and I decided to grow apart because I do not happy, and I feel that you love Jorge, for this reason I hope that you accepted a bad situation without complaining because I don’t love you.

Many of today’s nutrition recommendations are based on calorie needs, whether for weight control or for foods that fit in a healthy diet.
Unfortunately, most of us apparently can't identify our calorie needs. In a 2006 survey of 1,000 U.S. adults, 88 percent of respondents could not accurately estimate how many calories they should eat every day.
Calorie needs depend on weight, age, gender and activity level, as well as individual metabolic rate. The figures from the USDA Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion provide a rough estimate. Women ages 31 to 50 who exercise less than 30 minutes a day need about 1,800 calories daily, while men need about 2,200. Those under 30 can add 200 to that figure; those over 50, subtract 200.
Women ages 31 to 50 who exercise 30 minutes a day can eat about 2,000 calories daily, while men can eat about 2,400. Men under 30 can add 200 (sorry, women, no change); everybody over 50, subtract 200.
Finally, women ages 31 to 50 who are very active — 60 minutes or more daily exercise — need about 2,200 calories a day, while men need about 3,000. Women under 30 can add 200 (men, sorry, no change for you); men over 50, subtract 200.
For a more accurate estimate of recommended calories that reflects your height and weight, go to http://www.mypyramid.gov/ and click on MyPyramid Plan. Recalculate your needs with every five to 10 pound change, since calorie needs change with weight.
Strategies for a balanced diet
Recommended limits of fat consumption are based on calorie needs. If you multiply estimated calorie needs by 0.011, you will see your recommended maximum grams of saturated fat daily. (For example, if you need 2,000 calories a day, that equates to a maximum of 22 grams of saturated fat a day.) Those with high cholesterol may need to reduce saturated fat below this figure. A registered dietitian can help.
How much junk food is reasonable in a healthy diet? The 2005 Dietary Guidelines for Americans include a “discretionary calories allowance.” Discretionary calories represent the extra foods and drinks that supply calories without much nutritional value. The allowance is 132 discretionary calories a day for someone maintaining weight and eating about 1,600 calories a day, and 290 discretionary calories daily for someone who needs 2,200 calories a day.
Strategies for a balanced diet change with calorie level, too. On about 1,600 calories a day, five servings of grains (equal to five slices of bread) is enough, whereas someone needing 2,200 calories a day should eat seven servings daily. Someone who needs only 1,600 calories a day can meet fruit and vegetable recommendations with seven servings daily, but someone who needs 2,200 calories or more should aim for at least 10 per day.
